Nose block kit for the Gizmo Geezer Adjustable Nose Bearing. It eliminates having to drill or file a hole for the nose bearing. This was designed by Stew Myers. He sent me the CAD file and I have produced this kit to accommodate "most" models. This kit consists of two sheets of 1/8" balsa, 1.5" square and one piece of 1/64" plywood.
To assemble, glue the balsa together cross-grained for strength, carefully aligning the holes for the nose button. Then cement the 1/64" ply for extra strength. All three pieces are marked with "top" to assist with proper alignment.
At 1.5", this is oversized for many models and you will need to trim to fit your application. Contact me if you want these made in different sizes.
