Generic 6" 3D Printed Peanut Prop

Designed for performance and proven in testing.  These 2-blade props are based on the Peanut Scale props that I have offered for awhile now but can be fit to any Peanut or small sport plane.  These are printed to an efficient Larrabee blade profile and with a 1.3:1 P:D ratio (8" pitch for the 6"). No spinner is included.

YOU WILL HAVE TWO OPTIONS:

• No Clutch or Nason Clutch Boss 
  
• Color:  Black, Gray White, Red, Orange, Yellow, or Blue

Printed in heat resistant ABS.  Pre-sale preparation:  these props take about 1 hour to print and about 15 minutes to manually clean up (light scraping and sanding) to get them ready for sale.  They are close to balanced, generally requiring no extra work EXCEPT installation of a prop shaft bushing and a clutch.

These props come with a NOMINAL 1/16" shaft hole.  This allows the user to bush it appropriately for their prop shaft.

These props DO NOT HAVE A RAMP.  This allows the user to install their favorite clutch.  I recommend a Struck/Garami-style or a Boehm-Style clutch.  Or select the Nason option; it is ready to install a wire (instruction video HERE or below).

A Garami-style clutch or Nason clutch should utilize a Tube-In-Tube prop shaft.  A Boehm-style clutch only needs one Tube bushed into the prop.
